of a Double Chin
You are on your way to losing weight, but there is that one thing that you will
probably see every day in every mirror you look at; it’s that pesky double chin. When people see your face
they automatically see the double chin and this can be considered one of the most awful things to
have. Not only because with a double chin your entire body is going to look overweight, but
it is a constant reminder that there is more work to be done. Here are some exercises designed to help you
lose that double chin.
The Head Roll
One of the best exercises to lose double chin is the
head roll. You can either stand or sit comfortably and let your head come to rest on your chest. You will need
to roll you head left and up, and then roll back towards the other way to the right, until it is all the way
there. You are basically stretching your neck but you will feel that you are working this area
out. This is can be labeled as one of the best exercises you can do to lose that double
chin.

The Chin lift
Another great exercise that is going to help you get
rid of your double chin is the Chin lift. Start by tilting your head
back as far as you can comfortably go. Open your mouth and firmly stretch your jaw forward and them up until
your bottom lip is just barely over lapping your top lip. You will feel the muscles
in your chin stretch and give that slow burn. Do this 10-15 times and repeat 3-4 times a day. Slowly increase
the reps and do not over strain your jaw. Slap under your jaw line after the exercise to complete the exercise.
Do not slap too hard but not too soft either. This is an exercise you can do anytime, anywhere.
Head Rest
Push your palm to your temple or forehead for 10 seconds while resisting with your head and
neck. You should feel your neck and chin tensing up. Do the movement again with your hand on the back of your
head, then on each side, and last with your hand cupped over your ear
Always remember to do these kinds of exercises and
stretches slowly and never to the point of pain. Damage is not the goal here, just weight loss. Remember, for
faster results you must control your diet too. If you able to make sure
that you are eating right you will find your goal of getting rid of that double chin will be achieved
faster.
